I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had a beautiful view of South Manhattan. The service was exceptional, with quick accommodation of my early check-in request. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and close to some great food spots. The dining experience was a delight with included Korean food. However, there were a few minor inconveniences that affected the overall experience.

The service at the reception desk was lovely and quickly accommodated our request for early check-in at noon. The location is superb, close to all the attractions and on East River pier.
